Founded in 1987, Hangzhou Xuefeng Chain Co., ltd (hereinafter refered to as Xuefeng) is located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, P.R. China, about 150 Km from Shanghai. The factory occupies more than 50000 square meters, while more than 400 employees are now proudly working there. 

Xuefeng is not only the first snow chain maker in China who exported all its chains abroad, but also the first snow chain maker who got ISO9001 certified, providing snow chains meeting TUV certificate, O Norm standard and JASA quality standard. Now specialized in snow chains, after 15 years development, Xuefeng has become one of the most important snow chain makers in the world. In year 2001, all kinds of snow chains totally nearly 1 million pairs were produced, 100% exported to America, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other areas abroad where the products are highly welcome.
